On the occasion of World Earth Day, a shramadana program was organized and commenced near Dharmaraja College, Kandy, under the guidance of Mrs. Geethani Upendrika Ekanayake, Municipal Secretary of the Kandy Municipal Council.
A group of staff from the Solid Waste Management Department of the Kandy Municipal Council and staff from Kandy Mist by Cinnamon participated in this program.
