The Public Relations and Welfare Department of Kandy Municipal Council held the annual Scholarship Mock Seminar (Tamil Medium) for children sitting for the Scholarship Examination in Kandy City on 18th July 2026 at the E.L. Senanayake Children's Library Auditorium, Kandy.
Nearly 200 children representing schools in Kandy City participated. The objective of this program is to build the mental strength children need to sit for the Scholarship Examination with greater self-confidence. The Kandy Municipal Council organizes this program annually.
