A welcoming ceremony was organized today at the Queens Hotel premises, Kandy, for Mr. Aaron Moore, a British tourist, and Mr. Sarath Wijewardhana, an environmental tour guide in Sri Lanka.
They are currently engaged in a journey to discover and document hidden tourism experiences from Peduru Thuduwa to Dondra Head.
The event was attended by:

- Hon. Ruwan Galapitiya, Deputy Mayor of Kandy
- Ajith Premasinghe, Chief Secretary of the Central Province
- Madhupani Piyaseena, Secretary of the Central Province Ministry of Industries and Tourism
- Sandamali Hewege, Provincial Director of Tourism
Along with officials from both the public and private sectors.
