Environmental Clean-up Program Held in Polgolla Dam Area Under the Theme "Let’s Line Up for a Clean Tomorrow"
Under the theme "Let's Line Up for a Clean Tomorrow", an environmental clean-up program was held today in the area surrounding the Polgolla Dam to remove waste and polythene and protect the environment.
The program was carried out with the participation of Mr. Namal KoraleGedara, Municipal Councillor of Kandy, the staff of Kandy Municipal Council, the Sri Lanka Mahaweli Authority, and staff from government and non-governmental organizations.
