Reservation of cemetery for cremation/burial.
- The cremation/burial form must be completed correctly.
- The relevant form can be downloaded below.
- You must return the completed form to the cemetery office along with a copy of the death certificate.
- Pay only the applicable amount for cremation / burial and get the receipt for the same.
Note : For cremation after 6.00 pm please download and complete the form below and return it to the cemetery office.
